I specialize in component-based design and translating ambiguous requests into clear, data-driven solutions — building cohesive, scalable experiences that put users first while balancing business outcomes.
Research revealed shoppers wanted product information in plain, everyday language—free of industry jargon—while still being able to dive deeper into the details that mattered most to them. I redesigned PDP hierarchy and storytelling into two templates: a richer, more detailed version for our flagship product to spotlight its added value, and a simpler, streamlined version for the rest of the line.
Data showed 90%+ of orders were single-item, making a multi-item cart unnecessary. Removing it and simplifying checkout increased conversion and reduced time to purchase.
The path to editing hearing programs was unclear and slow. I redesigned the flow end to end, giving users a clearer, faster way to adjust their programs.
